Diego Oliveira

I’m Diego Oliveira, originally from Paraná in southern Brazil, and I’ve been living in Amsterdam since 2011. As a movement researcher, choreographer, and dance teacher with over 20 years of experience, my journey has led me through a wide range of roles—from teaching and performance-making to hosting retreats and mentoring others.

A self-taught dancer and movement artist, my work is deeply influenced by my interest in the spiritual and educational dimensions of movement and art. Grounded in a profound connection to my Brazilian roots and ancestry, I use dance as a powerful tool for healing, reclaiming identity, and self-actualization.
